Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to high order volumes.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Serenti ships internationally. Orders may be delivered to most countries worldwide.
However, certain destinations may be unavailable due to shipping restrictions or logistical limitations. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded if necessary.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Serenti is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers may receive multiple packages for a single order.
